This workshop will give you a chance to gain the confidence to drill, plug and wax your own log with Shiitake Spawn.  All tools and Spawn and handouts will be provided.  You  will lean about the best tools and procedures.  This is a hands on workshop and the cost includes the log, spawn, wax and experience.   This workshop is being put on by MCG at Elsewhere Brewing.  They are taking care of the registration and hosting.
